Attending the New Zealand Resuscitation Council conference in Queenstown combined with a few days well earned relaxation. The flight from Christchurch was unable to land so diverted to Invercargill, so we enjoyed a coach trip north to Queenstown with snow blanketing the landscape similar to our previous post.
Clear and cold when we arrived, with the Remarkables covered with a layer of snow as shown on the left.
The last time we were in Queenstown we drove from Dunedin to Queenstown after a huge dump of snow and the scenery along the way was magical.
As they have had recent falls at Queenstown we expect to see another lovely snow-scape as we fly in from Christchurch.
Just hope we don't have another dump before we need to fly out again!
Both Anne and Graham will add posts as we think of newsworthy items!
