Content:
Anne Evans-Murray continues the discussion on bullying - the second on this subject.
Lack of understanding of the impact of bullying on a person is common. Bullying at work or at home, has the potential to cause psychological injuries, such as anxiety disorders, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Bullying usually target the ‘best’ at work, and insidiously harm this person. The aim of bullying is to cause confusion and a feeling of incompetence in the person. This results in reduced confidence and self esteem, which has impact on their work career and mental health. Bullying tactics need to be understand to gain awareness and healing from this damaging situation.
The assertion and communication webinars teach how to develop these skills.
